Privacy policy

Effective September 30, 2026. Kani Workspace is a private personal-assistant integration operated by Anton de la Fuente.

Data accessed and purpose

Kani accesses Google account data only through permissions granted by the account holder. Depending on those permissions and the requested task, this can include email content, attachments and metadata; calendar events; and other explicitly authorized Workspace content. It uses relevant information for personal administration, task tracking, correspondence, summaries and scheduling. OAuth credentials are used to maintain the authorized connection.

Processing and sharing

Relevant content may be processed by assistant software and the infrastructure or AI service providers selected by the operator to perform the requested work. Task summaries and records may be stored in private task and note systems; requested notifications may be delivered through the operator’s configured messaging channels. These systems are separate from this public information website. Google account content is not published on this website.

Kani does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google data is used to provide the account holder’s requested assistance, not to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Information is shared with intended recipients only as authorized for the task, or when required by law.

Storage and retention

Credentials are kept in protected credential storage on the operator’s systems, separate from public source code. Relevant records may be retained while needed for ongoing tasks and personal records. Revoking Google access stops future access through that authorization; it does not automatically erase records already saved. Contact the operator to request deletion of retained data, including review of copies and backups. External service providers may have their own retention policies.

Google API data

Kani Workspace’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
